Q. How old do I have to be to get pierced?

A. You must be 18 or older to get pierced without a parent or legal guardian present.
Certain piercings are restricted by age and is up to the discretion of the piercer. 

Q. How old does a child have to be to get their ears pierced?
A. 
8 years old 

 

Q. How old do I have to be to get tattooed?

A. 18 years old. We do not tattoo minors (even with parental consent).

 

Q. What documents do I need to bring with me to get pierced?

A. If you are 18 or older, please bring a government issued photo ID such as a Driver's License, Passport or Military ID.  You MUST have your photo ID with you in person in order to get pierced even if you are of legal age. We are required by the Hunterdon County Health Department to keep a photo copy of your ID on file with your piercing consent form and paperwork. 

 

Q. Can I bring in my own jewelry to get pierced with?

A. In order to ensure your safety, we do not pierce with outside jewelry. We are unable to verify the integrity and material of outside jewelry. We are required to pierce you exclusively with materials tested by the ASTM that are deemed acceptable for use inside the human body.

Q. Will you put jewelry into my piercing that I bought elsewhere?

A. If your jewelry is of the same brand-names that we carry, yes. 

 

 

Q. Do you take returns/exchanges on jewelry?

A. No. Unless your piece of jewelry is defective, for health and safety reasons, we do not take returns on worn body jewelry. Your piercing jewelry comes with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted which means that most broken or discolored jewelry can be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. 

*Lifetime guarantee does not cover lost jewelry.

 

Q. Do you offer refunds on services such as piercings or tattoos?

A. No we do not. 

Q. Will you pierce or tattoo someone who is pregnant? 
A. No we do not due to increased risk factors.
